Nir Sarig – Founder and CEO of the Association
 
MBA in Business Administration, specializing in Social Marketing. BA in Sociology and Philosophy. 25 years of a variety of positions in the public sector such as: National Moderator for the National Student and Youth Council, Director of Youth and Community Division , Kfar Saba, Director of Development and deputy director of National Civil Services Administration, Director of National Program for Placement of Persons with Disabilities in the Public Sector, great experience in consultation, development and support of initiatives for youth and young people such as: Seeds of Change, AMAN, Shahaf Communities. Head of Monetary Delegation to Haiti, initiator and director of the Israeli Model.
 
Adi Ben David – Project Manager
 
MBA in Immigration and Social Integration, B.Ed in informal Education, 25 years of management and development of services in the third sector, including: partner in the establishment team of the Administration for Civil Service at the Prime Minister’s Office, moderator for a thre-sector program with the Joint, coordinator of volunteer work for businesses with Matan – Your Way to Give, director of Instruction and Service with Zofim youth movement.
 
Adele Besin – Project Manager
 
MA in Immigration and Social Integration, B.A. in Sociology and Psychology. Active in the tourist industry, and is in contact with Jewish communities in North America and England. As part of her duties, she accompanies delegations to Israel on visits to associations and organizations with social programs. She is active in the Jewish Federation of South Africa, where over the past decade she has acted in a number of position including chairman of the scholarship committee and supervisor of volunteer work. Graduate of the International Seminar on immigration, given by the IOM – International Organization for Migration (international organization fun by the UN, in Geneva).

         

      Yonat Liss - Project Manager
      B.A in African Studies and Latin American studies and M.A studies in History of Africa. Involved for many years in humanitarian  
      activities  in   Africa    and other developing countries, focusing mainly on Education and Health Education. Coordinated the Israeli Humanitarian  
      aid activities at the Embassy of Israel in Ethiopia. Directed and developed International courses at the A. Ofri Training Center of MASHAV the
      aid  agency of The Israeli Ministry of foreign Affairs. Develops and leads (together with Dr. Anita Nudelman) interactive and culture-sensitive
      courses on "Sexual Health and AIDS Prevention for Adolescents" for educators, health workers and youth leaders from Africa and Latin 
      AmericaCoordinates the NALA Foundation program for Eradication of Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) in Africa. The Foundation, 
      established and led by Prof. Zvi Bentwich, runs a holistic program that combines health education and medical treatment. The activities are
      implemented together with the Center for Emerging Tropical Diseases and AIDS (CEMTA) at the Ben Gurion University
