The Operational Model

  The Israeli Social Model’s operational model is cooperative.
  We act as a go between serving three players:

  1. The organization having the replicable / export model
  2. The importing/ absorbing organization
  3. The financing body

  We are not exporters.
  We do not replace the absorbing/importing body

  There are situations where the absorbing or exporting body is also the financing  
  body
